Happy Friday! I know I never share recipes on the blog, but one of my goals this year is to add some new things to my rotation of homemade meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am definitely one of those people that get stuck on a certain meal and then cook it or order it all the time, and then get sick of it. (Except Chipotle. I will never get sick of my burrito bowl order at Chipotle, obviously.) Anyway, today’s recipe is just a little something I whipped up recently that I thought might actually work for the big game on Sunday as well. Slice it up into little pieces for a great finger food, that is relatively healthy. Plus it’s super easy to make and you can throw in whatever other toppings you like.
