After a cold and rainy weekend, the only thing I wanted to talk about today is shopping for spring! I’ve been busy planning as many trips as possible this spring, and I even packed yesterday for our Sea Island trip that isn’t for another 2 weeks. That’s how excited I am for some sunshine!
One of the biggest trends this year that I keep noticing everywhere is gingham. Personally I think ever since the Miu Miu gingham campaign in 2012, gingham has been creeping more into more and more pieces. Gingham used to be limited to maybe a button up or pair of shorts. But come spring ’15, it is one of the biggest prints for pretty much everything. We’re not in Kansas anymore folks.
My first and only gingham purchase so far is this bag, which I am so excited to start using. I’ve put together a list of some more affordable gingham items available now:
